[Jungbu Maeil Reporter Yang Jeong-a] Nepes (Co-CEOs Lee Byung-gu and Lee Chang-woo), in collaboration with the Yongam Comprehensive Social Welfare Center of the Chungbuk Welfare Foundation, held a reading contest aimed at promoting a reading culture among local elementary school students.
According to the Yongam Comprehensive Social Welfare Center on May 13, the “Meeting Great Figures Through Reading” contest for elementary school students in the Sangdang District has concluded, and an awards ceremony was held.
This contest was inspired by one of Nepes’ corporate codes of conduct, “Meeting Great Figures Through Reading.” The welfare center explained that the event was organized to help children experience the joy of reading and learn positive values through biographies of great figures.
