The Mokryeong Community Welfare Center announced on the 4th that it has launched the “Diverse Harmony” program—aimed at supporting social integration and human‑rights awareness for children from both migrant and non‑migrant backgrounds—with support from nepes and the Chungbuk Community Chest of Korea.
The program is designed to enhance emotional stability and self‑esteem among children in the Ochang area by helping them understand and respect different cultures and experiences, ultimately fostering their growth as healthy members of society.
nepes, a semiconductor back-end processing company located in the Ochang Industrial Complex, is providing budget support to ensure smooth program operations. The welfare center will continue working with local organizations to build a regional network and offer cultural education, experiential activities, and other integrated programs for migrant‑background children.
