On February 25, Hyo‑soon Lee, Senior Manager of the 8‑inch Manufacturing Technology Team at nepes, was selected as a recipient of the “2026 Proud Working Mom of Korea” award by Great Place To Work® Korea (GPTW Korea), a global trust‑based organizational culture evaluation institution.
GPTW Korea assesses and evaluates workplace culture based on global standards and annually recognizes Korea’s “Best Workplaces” along with working‑mom leaders who have demonstrated both organizational performance and excellence in balancing work and family. This year’s honorees were chosen through a combination of recommendations and open nominations, followed by a rigorous evaluation process that resulted in the selection of 49 leaders, including working‑mom executives and CEOs.
Lee was honored for her strong professional expertise, responsible leadership within the organization, and her ability to successfully balance both work and family life. She was also recognized for consistently delivering strong performance and serving as a positive role model for colleagues.
Launched in 2011 as Korea’s first award dedicated to recognizing working moms, the “Proud Working Mom of Korea” program marks its 15th year. It celebrates women who have established leadership and contributed to organizational growth while navigating work–life integration. Lee’s recognition is seen not only as a personal achievement but also as validation of nepes’ people‑centered growth philosophy and commitment to fostering a healthy organizational culture.
