NEPES, GLOBAL TOP-TIER PARTNER

The EM Division of nepes officially launched its community engagement efforts by participating in the 2026 Growth Mentoring Program Kickoff Ceremony for Children from Families with Disabilities, held on April 13, 2026, at the Eumseong-gun Welfare Center for the Disabled in Chungcheongbuk-do.

The program is designed to support the emotional stability and healthy development of children from families with disabilities who are receiving in-home care. Employees from the nepes EM Division volunteered as mentors and will take part in a long-term mentoring initiative spanning approximately eight months, with a focus on building meaningful and sustained relationships with the children. Through regular meetings, the mentors will provide academic support while also engaging in emotional exchange and everyday conversations, offering close companionship throughout the children’s growth journey.

Following a successful pilot program last year and positive feedback from participants, the Growth Mentoring Program has been expanded in 2026. The initiative is particularly meaningful as it is driven by the voluntary participation of employees, delivering not only personal fulfillment for those involved but also reinforcing the organization’s broader commitment to social responsibility.

Seok-jo Hong, Team Leader of Management Support, commented, “Growth mentoring is not a one-time volunteer activity, but a partnership in which we stand by children and support them throughout their life journey.” He added, “Even small amounts of time and care from our employees can make a significant difference in a child’s life, and we hope this program becomes a valuable growth experience for everyone involved.” He also expressed his hope that more divisions and employees will join such meaningful social contribution activities in the future.

Meanwhile, the nepes EM Division has continued to carry out a range of community-linked initiatives and sharing campaigns. The Growth Mentoring Program is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to practice people-centered ESG values, and the EM Division plans to further expand employee-driven social contribution activities going forward.
