NEPES, GLOBAL TOP-TIER PARTNER

nepes rua, the disability standard workplace of nepes, announced that its Rua Orchestra (http://www.nepesrua.co.kr) has been selected as a final implementing organization for the Capacity-Building Track of the Disability Arts Group Establishment and Operation Support Program hosted by the Korea Disability Arts & Culture Center (KDACC). Following its selection under the General Track in 2024 and 2025, this marks the third consecutive year of participation in the program.


The program aims to support stable artistic activities for artists with disabilities and to expand quality employment opportunities. The Capacity-Building Track targets organizations that have operated disability arts groups for more than two years, focusing on strengthening artistic quality and organizational professionalism.


nepes rua was highly evaluated for the stability of its operational foundation, the professionalism of its educational system, the concreteness of its business plan, and its commitment to disability arts.


Rua Orchestra, composed entirely of musicians with severe developmental disabilities, has actively promoted disability awareness through invited performances at schools, public institutions, and welfare centers across the Chungcheong region. The orchestra performed 65 times in 2025 and 63 times in 2024, surpassing 200 cumulative performances since its establishment in 2022.


nepes rua stated that Rua Orchestra’s selection reflects its recognized stability and growth potential, adding that the orchestra will continue to serve as a meaningful channel for sharing the values created by nepes through its ongoing social responsibility efforts.
