Li-ion Battery & Anode electrode

With specific anode electrodes made by a cutting edge technology, LIBs have a feature of high energy density and/or fast discharging. A pouch type of LIB and anode electrode is designed and developed according to customers' requests.

LIB's Lead Tab Film

The lead tab film has a multi-layered structure, which is a key component of lead tab for a pouch type of Lithium Ion Battery (LIB). This film influences the safety and durability of LIB because it has excellent chemical resistance, electric resistance, and good adhesion to metal and pouch.

Technology
· Lead tab's film of lithium ion battery
· Polypropylene film of 3 layers
· Electrical insulation between metal and pouch
· Excellent adhesion to metal (over 20N/cm)
· Excellent adhesion to pouch (over 10kgf/15mm)
· Excellent electrolyte durability (over 16N/cm after immersion at 80℃ electrolyte for 24hr)

   * The properties values depend on the process methods as well as the metal surface treatments and pouch films
